Small touristic place, 10 minutes away from Mostar, it is one of the most important pearls of Herzegovina. Blagaj attracts attentions with symbiosis of nature and culture, the water bursts beneath the 200m vertical cliff and on its top you can find the ruins of the old town of Herceg Stjepan, last ruler of Herzegovina before Ottomans, and beneath the spring of Buna the Balgaj tekke. Blagaj Tekke, built in the 1660s, is one of the most important cultural monuments of the early Ottoman Empire in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
